Review of the State Water Act 2004

A review of the State Water Corporation Act is being undertaken as part of the NSW Government provision within the Act, to determine whether the policy objectives remain valid and the terms of the Act are appropriate.

As part of the review, submissions are being invited from the public to be considered in the process.
