What are the Customer Service Committees?

Customer Service Committees were established by State Water to provide a forum for customer consultation on water delivery strategies, asset management priorities and pricing strategies.

Customer Service Committees play an important role in assisting State Water determine levels of service for water users within individual valleys.

The committees ensure that the interests of all water users are considered when State Water developes projects, policies and priorities.

The Murrumbidgee Customer Service Committee meets quarterly at Leeton.
