• Dam type - Concrete slab and buttress with earth embankment
• When commissioned - Stage 1 in 1949, Stage 2 in 1959 and upgraded in 1996
• Storage Capacity is 45,000megalitres
• Water Depth is 30metres
• Catchment Capacity is 140km2
• Surface area is 410hectares
• Outlet Capacity is 211,680 ML/day
• Crest Length is 232metres (buttress), 167metres (embankment) 
• Dam Height is 33.5metres
